Le Marche Properties in spring of 2012.

Livinginlemarche is now receiving more enquiries about properties we have for sale than in any time over the past three years. We believe this reflects a growing confidence in the market on the part of potential buyers from the UK and elsewhere, particularly from Australia and the US. Enquirers are also following up the initial enquiry with plans to visit the region to visit properties which is also a very encouraging sign that the market has turned a corner.

We are also receiving many enquiries from Italian vendors who we believe now see that it is increasingly a good time to put their property on the market in order to achieve a sale. Properties that are now coming on to the market are a true cross section of different types, from restored and unrestored  farmhouses, to old village houses and all types old and modern apartments.

Livinginlemarche is now able to offer a wider range of properties for sale on our books than we have been able to offer for some years. We are confident that this renewal in interest from buyers will increase and look forward to a great year ahead for the Le Marche property market. So if you are looking for a property to purchase in the Le Marche region or thinking of selling your property than do get in touch!!

€390,000

Casa Apiro is a beautiful large farmhouse, originally built in a style so typical of the Le Marche region. The property has been totally restored and renovated over the past few years by the current owners and only requires some minor finishing works, including radiators and a new kitchen.

The house is just over 260 sqm plus another 60 sqm of useable space in the large attic area and sits in a plot of 3,000sqm or just under one acre. There is room on the plot to install a small to medium sized swimming pool.

Property Ref: 393
